Guided reflection on anger

Is anger that harmful?

We might think that anger can sometimes be a good thing: maybe we feel there are cases when it is justified. But the Buddhist view is different. In Buddhist psychology anger is always harmful because it is based on an ego-centric view.

We investigate to see how anger affects our bodies, our energy and our minds. Realizing the damage it causes, are we not motivated to want to learn how to manage it better?
