We analyse the sense spheres in the Buddhist investigation of personal identity. Here we experience the spheres for ourselves and ask: is there a self or an ‘I’ that controls perception? Who is the ‘me’ that experiences things? Does it make sense to use experience to justify my existence - as the ‘experiencer’?
This reflection is one of a series that helps to clarify who we are and who we are not leading to a deeper sense of personal identity.
This reflection is offered freely but if you like it please…
