In Anu Yoga we practice to change the ways that energy flows through, supports and alters the body, even using specific foods and medicines in the process. The physical, emotional and cognitive transformations can be quite powerful. For some, this is an essential and important part of their path to becoming fully enlightened.

I see transitioning as being very similar and directly related to this.

Additionally, when we think about all of our past lives, we begin to see and eventually experience directly, as a reality in this life, that how we experience ourselves - mentally, physically and emotionally - is due to habit and is as temporary and changeable as a dream.
